These terms describe the one-time HourRelay Desktop software purchase.

What you receive
HourRelay is a downloadable Windows desktop application that helps field-service teams import payroll exports, save mappings, validate entries, protect against duplicates, and manually approve transfers to QuickBooks Desktop.
License
Your purchase grants a non-transferable license for your business to use the downloaded HourRelay software according to the license limits shown at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the installer or license key.
Payment and delivery
HourRelay is sold as a one-time purchase. Lemon Squeezy processes the checkout, applicable taxes, payment, license-key delivery, and customer download. Their checkout terms and policies also apply to the transaction.
Important workflow limitation
HourRelay does not automatically post to QuickBooks Desktop merely because a file is detected. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving transfers and for maintaining their QuickBooks company data.
