HourRelay is designed to keep imported timesheet data on the Windows computer where the app is installed.

Desktop application data
HourRelay processes imported payroll files, mappings, validation results, duplicate checks, and transfer history locally on the user’s Windows computer. The app is designed not to upload timesheet contents to HourRelay servers.
License activation
When a user activates the software, the app sends the license key and required device/license information to Lemon Squeezy’s licensing service to validate the purchase. Lemon Squeezy processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Website and checkout
The HourRelay website may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver the page. Payment, tax, order, download, and customer information are handled by Lemon Squeezy when a customer checks out.
